The Festival of Quilts 2013 in Birmingham was once more amazing. So much to see, so much to do and so little time (even if you’re there for the full 4 days). I sent 3 quilts to the Festival of Quilts for the competition, my own for the Guild Challenge, Marle’s (10 years old) quilt for the 9-11 years category and Anna’s (6 years old) for the 5-8 years category. And here they are:

I love both Anna’s and Marle’s interpretation of the theme ‘transport’. The judges were impressed too, especially with Marle’s quilt, she is the winner of the 9-11 years old category. Congratulations!!!
