I fell in love with WonderFil Specialty Threads the first time I saw them at the Festival of Quilts in Birmingham. Beautiful colours and so much variety, enough to make your mouth water, especially if you’re a thread addict like me. There was only one problem: there was no way to get them in Holland. I tried stocking up for the whole year on my visits to the FoQ but of course that never worked out. I always bought the wrong colours for the projects I ended up doing, or not enough. Far too much thread too but that doesn’t count as a problem, one can never have enough thread.
Now, finally, WonderFil is coming to Holland! That means you will be able to buy the WonderFil Threads at your local quiltshop. If they don’t carry the WonderFil threads yet, tell them to contact me and I’ll sort it out. If you’re in a big hurry, I can point you in the direction of a shop that already sells them or sell them to you directly. You don’t live in Holland but somewhere else in the EU and you want WonderFil too? Let me know and I’ll find a solution.
If you’re reading this post and you don’t know WonderFil and you’re wondering what all the fuss is about, have a look at the website:
It doesn’t get any better than this! I could go on forever about the advantages of InvisaFil for applique (both hand and machine) and you can use it for so much more, or the beauty of Silco for quilting and more. And then there’s all the others, Razzle, Dazzle, and Sizzle, Tutti and Fruitti, Konfetti and Spagetti, Splendor and Spotlite, and more, much more. Go, have a look, fall in love, start using WonderFil threads and never look back. I guarantee you won’t be sorry!
